Helping Rajeev manage stress and health risks during major team restructuring

Rajeev’s high stress levels were impacting his personal and work life. He was neglecting his physical health and was overdue for bowel cancer screening, and his family was pressuring him to take better care of himself. At work, Rajeev was overseeing the hiring of five new staff members in financial operations after a mass redundancy and restructuring. The recruitment process, with its associated deadlines and reporting requirements, was impacting his already neglected health.

We arranged Rajeev's GP appointment for an annual health check, including a referral to a gastroenterologist, and the simple bowel cancer test. We also arranged for relevant blood pressure medications to be sent to him and organised digital prescriptions for future use.

Sessions with our executive coaching experts helped Rajeev focus on task prioritisation, leadership style and focus, leading to an improved mindset in the office with a 10% time improvement on typical reporting timelines.

Access to CU Health's services prevented bowel cancer, restored his confidence in his health, and saved 5 days that would have been lost managing appointments.
