Helping Rajeev manage stress and health risks during major team restructuring
Rajeev’s high stress levels were impacting his personal and work life. He was neglecting his physical health and was overdue for bowel cancer screening, and his family was pressuring him to take better care of himself. At work, Rajeev was overseeing the hiring of five new staff members in financial operations after a mass redundancy and restructuring. The recruitment process, with its associated deadlines and reporting requirements, was impacting his already neglected health
How Jenny overcame trauma and found balance in her life
Jenny was juggling raising a family with her stressful role of dealing with high-pressure cases in family law. The nature of the cases was causing vicarious trauma, including difficulties sleeping, and she was always on the clock cognitively and emotionally. Jenny was so exhausted after work each day that she opted for bad food choices instead of feeding herself and her family healthy meals.
Supporting Damian’s journey to better mental health and workplace success
Damian’s high-pressure, highly skilled role brought with it high levels of stress at work. A high-stress job combined with low family support meant Sarah was feeling extra pressure in an already fragile state. Sleeping difficulties and feelings of inadequacy caused by PND exacerbated Sarah’s migraines, leaving her physically and mentally exhausted.
